Laryssa was born and raised in Northwest Edmonton and now lives in St. Albert. She holds a Bachelor of Management Degree from Concordia University College and is licensed as a REALTOR®. She is very close with her parents and older sister, and is a proud Auntie to her Nephew and two Nieces! Laryssa and her husband Brian enjoy renovating their St. Albert properties and having tons of fun doing so!

Laryssa loves unwinding with friends and family over delicious food and red wine! She is a very social and energetic individual who has a strong passion for traveling, cooking and hot yoga.

Laryssa was lead into a career in Real Estate because she has a personality for sales and is driven to provide her clients with the best customer service within the industry!

Laryssa currently holds several investment properties and has renovated her principle residence to include a separate (side) entrance legal basement suite. It takes a good eye and a grasp of the fiscal requirement one needs to find the right property to convert to a cash flow investment. Laryssa is a tremendous asset to her clients when looking for homes with suite potential and long term, cash flowing investments.
