Her favourite pastimes are reading, gardening, travelling and enjoying her backyard with family and friends.

She has been accomplished in 3 careers and have managed over 60 people at 3 different times. I enjoy close relationships with my clients and getting to know them and see their relationships is her favourite part of being a Realtor.

Cheryl's specialty has become working with mature clients downsizing from their family home or later downsizing to assisted living by knowing the condo market and assisted living options. She can refer to her network of specialists to declutter, repair, update and stage to get the best return on your sale.

She believes, “You only regret the things you do not do,” and this has served her well over the years... from going alone on a 4 month trip through Europe at 19, to having her 3rd child, to a major career change at 45... to changing Brokerages after 19 years as an award winning Realtor. She has no regrets.
